From the very beginning, I had a fight with Hoshikawa, but after that, Hoshikawa started to associate with me at a certain distance.
My job in North America wasn’t fun, but I was grateful that I was able to travel to different cities in North America for various exhibitions.
Above all, the exhibition at the World Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology in San Francisco in 1981 was unforgettable for me. On the contrary, the people I met at that time changed my company life.

This story is written while remembering this person.
However, the situation of meeting this person will be introduced at the end of this story.

Until then, when I was working at a factory, I studied electronics on my own. I also learned about exports by reading books myself. I studied Spanish at Sophia University.

However, in charge of North America, I experienced the emptiness of work.
I couldn’t find out what I should do.
However, the only good thing about being in charge of North America was meeting Americans and improving my English.

But suddenly the American expatriate had to return home for personal reasons, so I had to move somewhere else.
The director at that time was Mr. Okawa, the former president of TMB in Brazil.
Okawa called me and suggested two options.
One was in charge of Southeast Asia. The other was in charge of the business section.
I wanted to be in charge of the business section without hesitation.
Okawa was surprised at my choice.
This is because most of the people who belong to the International Business Department wanted to do sales work.
The reason I chose it was because it happened that the chief of Asia was Mr. Kosugi, the person I hated most.
